The Story Behind
Shreem Crystals

"It started with a single amethyst. And a thousand questions that no one around me could answer."

Shreyes Om first encountered crystals not in a spiritual shop but in a history book. While studying ancient trade routes of the Varhad region, he discovered that lapis lazuli was being traded between the Indus Valley Civilisation and Mesopotamia more than 5,000 years ago. Why were ancient civilisations willing to travel such extraordinary distances for a stone? That question changed everything.

What followed was years of self-directed research: foreign books, academic papers, and quiet experimentation. At a time when crystal healing was largely unknown in India, Shreyes was building protocols from scratch, guided by historical knowledge and personal practice.

It began at home. Family members with migraines, arthritis, stress, and emotional imbalances became the first to benefit. Word spread through relatives, then friends, then strangers. Over time, more than 300 clients have reported meaningful positive experiences through their personalised crystal protocols.

The Journey

From history books
to healing hands

Where It Began
The Discovery of Amethyst

Shreyes first held a piece of amethyst as a young student and felt a sense of calm he could not explain. Curiosity took over. He began collecting stones and reading anything he could find about their properties, beginning a journey that would define the next decade of his life.

The Academic Thread
Crystals in Ancient Civilisations

His doctoral research into the Varhad region's trade history brought him face to face with the ancient lapis lazuli trade between the Indus Valley and Mesopotamia. He realised that crystal healing was not a modern trend but one of humanity's oldest wellness practices, documented across thousands of years of human history.

The Research Phase
Building Knowledge from Foreign Sources

At a time when comprehensive crystal healing literature was almost entirely unavailable in India, Shreyes sourced foreign books and international academic papers. He built his understanding slowly, carefully, and independently, developing protocols rooted in both traditional knowledge and historical evidence.

The Spiritual Foundation
Initiation and Reiki Mastery

Rooted in an authentic lineage of Vedic initiation, Shreyes deepened his spiritual grounding alongside his research. Becoming a Reiki Master allowed him to bring an energetic dimension to his crystal work, and every bracelet he creates is Reiki-charged before it reaches the client.

The Practice Grows
Word of Mouth, Case by Case

What started with family became a quietly growing practice. Clients came with migraines, arthritis, anxiety, sleep problems, anger, lack of focus, and spiritual disconnection. Each case was studied, customised, and documented. Over 300 clients have since reported positive experiences.

Today
Shreem Crystals, Built for Those Who Seek Real Healing

Shreem Crystals now serves clients across India, offering free chakra consultations, personalised crystal bracelets, and one-on-one guidance. The mission remains what it always was: to bring genuine, research-informed crystal healing to every person who seeks it.

Crystal Basics

What Are Crystals and Why Do They Heal?

Most people have held a crystal at some point. It feels different from an ordinary stone. Cooler. Smoother. More alive somehow. That feeling is not imagination.

A crystal is a solid material whose atoms are arranged in a highly ordered, repeating pattern. This geometric precision is what makes crystals distinct from ordinary rocks. A quartz crystal, for example, has silicon and oxygen atoms arranged in a perfect hexagonal lattice that repeats billions of times within even a small stone.

Why does structure matter?

Structure matters because it determines how a material interacts with energy. This is not metaphysics. It is physics. Quartz crystals are used in every modern watch and clock because they vibrate at an extraordinarily precise frequency when an electric current is applied. This property, called piezoelectricity, was discovered in 1880 by Pierre and Jacques Curie and is documented science.

The crystal does not create healing. It creates the conditions in which healing becomes possible.

The human body is also electrical. Your heart generates an electromagnetic field detectable several feet away. Your nervous system runs on electrical impulses. Your cells communicate through electrochemical signals.

Where ancient wisdom and modern research meet

Crystals have been used in healing traditions across virtually every ancient civilisation. Lapis lazuli was traded between the Indus Valley and Mesopotamia over 5,000 years ago. Ancient Egyptians used turquoise, carnelian, and clear quartz in healing amulets. Traditional Chinese medicine references jade extensively.

These civilisations were not primitive. They were deeply observant. They used what worked across generations of careful study.

At Shreem Crystals, we do not ask you to choose between ancient wisdom and modern understanding. We hold both. Every recommendation is informed by historical knowledge and by what Shreyes Om has observed across 300 clients and 5 years of dedicated study.

So do crystals really heal?

The more accurate question is: do crystals create conditions that support the body's natural healing processes? Many clients have reported that they do. The research on this is emerging, not conclusive. What we know with certainty is this: working with crystals intentionally, in combination with lifestyle awareness and professional medical care where needed, has produced meaningful positive experiences for hundreds of people.

That is enough reason to explore.

Chakra Knowledge

The Seven Chakras: A Simple and Honest Guide

The word chakra comes from Sanskrit and means wheel or disc. In Vedic tradition, chakras are described as spinning centres of energy located along the central axis of the body, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head.

This knowledge is not new age. It comes from texts that are thousands of years old, particularly the Vedas and Tantric scriptures of ancient India. It was developed by people who spent entire lifetimes in careful observation of the body, mind, and consciousness.

The seven centres and what they govern

  • Muladhara (Root) — Base of the spine. Governs safety, stability, finances, physical health, and your sense of belonging.
  • Svadhisthana (Sacral) — Lower abdomen. Governs emotions, creativity, relationships, pleasure, and reproductive health.
  • Manipura (Solar Plexus) — Upper abdomen. Governs confidence, willpower, decision-making, digestion, and personal identity.
  • Anahata (Heart) — Centre of the chest. Governs love, compassion, forgiveness, grief, and emotional balance.
  • Vishuddha (Throat) — Throat. Governs communication, self-expression, truth, and the ability to listen.
  • Ajna (Third Eye) — Between the eyebrows. Governs intuition, clarity of thought, imagination, and inner guidance.
  • Sahasrara (Crown) — Top of the head. Governs spiritual connection, life purpose, consciousness, and the sense of meaning.

Blocked, imbalanced, or open?

A chakra that is blocked is like a pipe with an obstruction. Energy cannot flow through it properly, and the areas of life it governs begin to suffer. Someone with a blocked throat chakra may struggle to speak their truth, develop recurring throat issues, or feel chronically misunderstood.

Energy imbalances often show up as physical symptoms long before they become serious health concerns. The body speaks. Most people just have not learned to listen.

An imbalanced chakra may be overactive (too much energy, leading to aggression, obsession, or anxiety in that area) or underactive (too little energy, leading to numbness, avoidance, or weakness).

How crystals work with chakras

Different crystals have different energetic properties that correspond to different chakras, partly through their colour (which relates to light frequency), partly through their mineralogical composition, and partly through centuries of observed use.

At Shreem Crystals, every personalised bracelet is designed by studying your specific chakra profile through the consultation process, then selecting the combination of crystals most likely to support balance and flow in the areas where you need it most.

Ancient Wisdom

Crystals in Indian History: 5000 Years of Healing Knowledge

When most people think of crystal healing, they imagine something modern. A wellness trend from the West. The truth could not be more different, particularly for India.

India's relationship with healing gemstones and crystals is one of the oldest, most sophisticated, and most extensively documented in the world. It stretches back over 5,000 years and runs through everything from ancient trade routes to classical medical texts to the courts of emperors.

The Indus Valley and the lapis lazuli trade

Among the earliest evidence of India's crystal knowledge is the extraordinary lapis lazuli trade between the Indus Valley Civilisation and ancient Mesopotamia, documented by archaeologists across sites from Mohenjo-daro to Mesopotamian royal tombs. Lapis lazuli was sourced from mines in what is now Afghanistan, refined and worked in the Indus Valley, and traded westward across thousands of kilometres.

Why would ancient civilisations devote enormous resources to transporting a stone across such distances? Because they believed, based on generations of observation, that it had properties worth the journey.

The ancient traders did not just sell lapis lazuli as decoration. They knew what it was for. That knowledge was the product of centuries of careful human observation.

Ratnapariksha and Ayurvedic gem therapy

Classical Sanskrit texts including the Ratnapariksha and various Ayurvedic manuscripts describe in careful detail the therapeutic properties of dozens of gemstones and minerals. These texts categorise stones by their effect on the doshas, on specific organs, and on mental and emotional states.

Navaratna, the system of nine sacred gemstones corresponding to the nine planets of Vedic astrology, is another sophisticated framework that integrated gemstone therapy with astronomical knowledge.

The Mughal period

The Mughal emperors were patrons of gem knowledge. Manuscripts from this period describe elaborate protocols for the therapeutic use of rubies, emeralds, pearls, and dozens of other stones in both medicine and spiritual practice.

What this means today

This history matters because it grounds crystal healing in something far more substantial than modern trend. When Shreyes Om began his research journey through foreign literature and ancient texts, he was not discovering something new. He was recovering something very old that had always belonged to this land.

Shreem Crystals is, in a sense, a continuation of a tradition that India practised for thousands of years before it was forgotten in the modern era. Our mission is to bring that knowledge back, with all the rigour, care, and humility it deserves.

Amethyst: The Stone That Started Everything

If there is one crystal that started the journey of Shreem Crystals, it is amethyst. Shreyes Om first encountered it as a young student and felt something he could not immediately explain. That feeling became a question, and that question became five years of research, hundreds of clients, and the practice you see today.

So what is amethyst, really?

What it is

Amethyst is a variety of quartz, composed of silicon dioxide with trace amounts of iron that give it the distinctive violet colour. It forms in geodes and alluvial deposits and is found across Brazil, Uruguay, Zambia, and India.

The word comes from the ancient Greek amethystos, meaning not intoxicated. The Greeks believed amethyst protected against intoxication and wore it in drinking vessels. This gives you a sense of how long human beings have been drawn to this stone and how seriously they took its properties.

What clients have reported

Across 300 cases at Shreem Crystals, amethyst has featured in protocols for:

  • Chronic headaches and migraines
  • Anxiety and overthinking
  • Sleep difficulties and restlessness
  • Lack of clarity and mental fog
  • Spiritual disconnection and lack of purpose
Many clients who received amethyst as part of their bracelet protocol reported feeling calmer and more clear-headed within two to three weeks of consistent wear. These are reported experiences, not medical claims.

Which chakras it works with

Amethyst is primarily associated with the Ajna (Third Eye) and Sahasrara (Crown) chakras. Its violet colour corresponds to the high-frequency end of the visible light spectrum, which aligns with these upper energy centres governing intuition, clarity, and spiritual awareness.

How to care for amethyst

Amethyst can fade in prolonged direct sunlight, so store it away from south-facing windows. Cleanse it monthly under running water or by placing it on a selenite slab overnight. Charge it on a full moon windowsill.

A note on quality

Not all amethyst sold in India is genuine. Dyed glass, synthetic stones, and low-grade material are common in the market. At Shreem Crystals, every stone is personally selected by Shreyes Om for quality and energetic integrity before it becomes part of a personalised bracelet.

How to Wear Your Crystal Bracelet the Right Way

When a client receives their Shreem Crystals bracelet, the most common question they ask is simple: how do I wear this?

It is a good question. A crystal bracelet is not an ornament. It is a tool, and like any tool, how you use it matters.

Which wrist?

The left wrist is generally recommended for crystals intended to bring something in: calm, love, intuition, protection, abundance. In many healing traditions, the left side of the body is the receiving side.

The right wrist is recommended for crystals intended to project energy outward or protect your energy field in social situations.

For most Shreem Crystals bracelets, the left wrist is the starting recommendation. Shreyes Om will specify this when designing your personal protocol.

When to wear it

Consistency matters more than duration. Wearing your bracelet for 6 to 8 hours daily is far more effective than wearing it for 16 hours one day and leaving it off for three days.

  • Wear it during your morning routine, meditation, or prayer if you have one
  • Keep it on during your working hours
  • Remove it before sleeping if you find it disturbs your rest
  • Remove it before swimming, showering with strong soaps, or applying perfume directly on the wrist

The importance of intention

A crystal works with your awareness, not in spite of it. The more consciously you engage with your bracelet, the more you will notice.

When you first put on your bracelet each morning, take one breath and briefly hold in your mind what you want it to support. This takes five seconds. It makes a difference.

Cleansing your bracelet

Crystals interact with energy continuously. Cleanse your bracelet once a week or whenever it feels heavy or dull.

  • Hold it under cool running water for 30 seconds
  • Leave it on a windowsill on a full moon night
  • Place it on a selenite plate overnight
  • Smudge it lightly with sage or palo santo smoke

Do not use salt water for bracelets with elastic cord as it degrades the elastic over time.

When you notice effects

Some clients notice something within days. Others notice after two to three weeks. Some effects are subtle, like sleeping more soundly or feeling slightly calmer in situations that previously triggered anxiety. Others are more pronounced.

Keep a simple journal of how you feel each week. You will often notice patterns you would otherwise have missed.

Healing Practices

Why Every Shreem Crystals Bracelet is Reiki-Charged

Every bracelet that leaves Shreem Crystals has been Reiki-charged by Shreyes Om before it reaches the client. This is not a marketing claim. It is a practice that takes time and that we consider non-negotiable.

But what does it actually mean?

What Reiki is

Reiki is a Japanese healing practice developed by Mikao Usui in the early 20th century, though its roots draw from much older traditions of energy work across Asia. The word Reiki combines rei (universal) and ki (life force energy), the same concept known in India as prana and in China as chi or qi.

A Reiki practitioner is trained to channel this life force energy through their hands, directing it intentionally toward a person or object for healing and harmonisation.

Shreyes Om completed his Reiki training and received Reiki Master attunement, which enables him to work with this energy at the highest level of the traditional training framework.

Why crystals and Reiki work together

Crystals are excellent receivers and holders of energetic intention. Their highly ordered atomic structure makes them stable, consistent, and receptive. When a Reiki Master channels healing energy into a crystal with a specific intention, the crystal holds that intention and radiates it continuously.

Think of a Reiki-charged crystal as a lamp that has been switched on. The crystal provides the structure. The Reiki provides the light.

The charging process at Shreem Crystals

Before charging, each bracelet is cleansed to clear any energetic residue from handling and transport. Shreyes Om then holds the bracelet and channels Reiki into it for a sustained period, with a specific intention based on what the client needs. The bracelet is then sealed with a closing intention and prepared for delivery.

This process happens for every single bracelet, regardless of how many orders are placed. It is time-consuming. It is also why we do not rush orders and why we ask clients to be patient with delivery timelines.

What this means for you

When you receive your bracelet, you are receiving something that has been worked with intentionally. It is not simply a collection of stones strung together. It carries a specific energetic signature designed for your situation.

Treat it accordingly. Store it thoughtfully. Cleanse it regularly. And wear it with the same intention with which it was made.

Rose Quartz: The Crystal of Love and Emotional Healing

If there is one crystal that almost everyone has heard of, it is rose quartz. Its soft pink colour and gentle energy have made it the most popular healing crystal in the world. But most people only know it as the love crystal. The truth is far richer.

What rose quartz actually is

Rose quartz is a variety of quartz coloured by trace amounts of titanium, iron, or manganese. It has been used in healing and beauty rituals since ancient Egypt. Egyptian women used rose quartz face masks believing it preserved youth. In India, rose quartz has long been associated with the heart and emotional wellbeing.

Which chakra does it work with?

Rose quartz is the primary crystal for the Anahata or Heart chakra. This energy centre governs love, compassion, forgiveness, grief, and the ability to give and receive affection freely.

When the heart chakra is blocked, people often experience difficulty trusting others, chronic loneliness, inability to forgive past hurts, or a tendency to give too much while receiving nothing in return.

What clients at Shreem Crystals have reported

Rose quartz features in many personalised bracelet protocols, particularly for clients dealing with grief after relationship loss, difficulty opening up emotionally, and self-criticism or low self-worth.

Many clients who received rose quartz as part of their heart chakra protocol reported feeling emotionally lighter and more open to connection within three to four weeks. These are individual experiences and results vary.

Rose quartz and self-love

One of the most important aspects of rose quartz is its connection to self-love rather than romantic love. Genuine love for others is only possible when you have cultivated genuine compassion for yourself first.

How to use rose quartz

  • Wear it as a bracelet on the left wrist for receiving its energy
  • Place it near your bed for emotional support during sleep
  • Hold it during meditation while focusing on the heart centre

5 Best Crystals for Anxiety and Overthinking

Anxiety is one of the most common reasons people come to Shreem Crystals for a consultation. In a world of constant notifications, financial pressure, and social comparison, the mind rarely gets a chance to rest.

Crystal healing does not replace medical treatment for anxiety disorders. But many clients have reported that the right crystal protocol has made a meaningful difference in how they experience daily stress.

1. Amethyst

Amethyst works primarily with the third eye and crown chakras, which govern mental clarity and the ability to step back from obsessive thought patterns. Many clients dealing with chronic overthinking report feeling calmer and more clear-headed after incorporating amethyst into their daily routine.

2. Blue Lace Agate

Blue lace agate is one of the gentlest calming crystals. It is particularly helpful for people whose anxiety manifests as social anxiety or the tendency to hold everything inside until it becomes overwhelming.

3. Lepidolite

Lepidolite contains natural lithium, the same element used in pharmaceutical mood stabilisers. It is associated with emotional balance and stress reduction during major life transitions.

Blue lace agate does not suppress anxiety. It creates a gentle space within which the anxious mind can begin to slow down and breathe.

4. Black Tourmaline

Many people experience anxiety as feeling overwhelmed by external energy. Black tourmaline is traditionally used as a protective crystal, creating an energetic boundary that helps sensitive people feel less overwhelmed by their surroundings.

5. Clear Quartz

For anxiety characterised by confusion and mental fog, clear quartz helps create a cleaner, more ordered mental state. It also amplifies the effect of other crystals it is worn with.

Best Crystals for Students: Focus, Memory and Exam Success

One of the most common requests at Shreem Crystals comes from students and their families. Young people struggling with focus, exam anxiety, memory retention, and the pressure of competitive examinations in India.

Crystal healing for students is not about replacing hard work. It is about creating better internal conditions for learning. A calm, focused mind retains information more effectively than an anxious, scattered one.

The education bracelet at Shreem Crystals

Shravani, a 24-year-old from Nagpur, shared that the Education Bracelet genuinely helped her improve focus and concentration during studies and noticed a reduction in overthinking that helped her stay more productive.

Crystals for focus and concentration

Fluorite is known as the student's crystal. It is associated with mental organisation, the ability to focus on a single task, and processing complex information.

Clear Quartz brings mental clarity and amplifies intention. Keeping it on your study desk during study sessions is believed to sharpen mental focus.

Tiger's Eye is associated with confidence and determination — particularly useful before exams when self-doubt tends to undermine solid preparation.

The goal is not to replace preparation. The goal is to ensure that all the preparation you have done can be accessed clearly when you need it most.

Crystals for exam anxiety

Amethyst for calming overthinking before and during exams. Blue Lace Agate for presentation and viva anxiety. Lepidolite for overall stress reduction during examination season.

How to use crystals for studying

  • Keep fluorite or clear quartz on your study table while studying
  • Wear your crystal bracelet consistently during study periods
  • Hold your calming crystal for two to three minutes before beginning an exam

Black Tourmaline: Protection, Grounding and Negative Energy

Black tourmaline is one of the most widely used protective crystals in healing traditions around the world. Its deep black colour and powerful grounding energy make it a foundation stone in many personalised protocols at Shreem Crystals.

What makes black tourmaline special

Tourmaline is one of the few minerals that is naturally piezoelectric — meaning it generates an electric charge when pressure or heat is applied. This makes it unique in the crystal world and may partly explain why it has such a strong energetic presence.

Which chakra does it work with?

Black tourmaline is primarily associated with the Muladhara or Root chakra. When this chakra is balanced, you feel stable, secure, and present. When blocked, anxiety, financial fear, and a sense of having no foundation are common.

Black tourmaline creates an energetic boundary. It does not block you from the world. It gives you a layer of protection so you can engage with the world without being overwhelmed by it.

Who benefits most from black tourmaline

  • People who feel energetically drained in crowds or social situations
  • Those dealing with chronic anxiety and a sense of being unsafe
  • People who work in high-stress, high-conflict environments
  • Those recovering from trauma or difficult life experiences

How to use it

Black tourmaline is most effective when worn as a bracelet, kept in your pocket, or placed at the entrance of your home. Many people place a piece at each corner of their bedroom for protective energy while sleeping.

Crystal Healing and Modern Medicine: What is the Difference?

This is one of the most important questions anyone considering crystal healing should ask. It deserves a completely honest answer.

What modern medicine does

Modern medicine diagnoses and treats specific diseases through pharmaceutical interventions, surgical procedures, and evidence-based clinical protocols. It is extraordinarily effective for acute conditions, infectious diseases, structural problems, and many chronic conditions. If you have appendicitis, a bacterial infection, or a broken bone, modern medicine is what you need.

What crystal healing does

Crystal healing is a complementary wellness practice. It works with the body's energy systems to support balance, reduce stress, improve emotional wellbeing, and create internal conditions that support the body's natural healing processes.

Crystal healing does not diagnose or treat medical conditions. It does not cure disease. These are not limitations. They are simply accurate descriptions of what crystal healing is and is not.

The question is not whether to choose crystal healing OR medicine. The question is how both can work together to support your complete wellbeing.

Where crystal healing fills a gap

Modern medicine is outstanding at treating the body as a physical system. It is less equipped to address the emotional, energetic, and lifestyle dimensions of health that often underlie physical symptoms.

An honest statement about results

The results clients experience from crystal healing vary significantly from person to person. Many report meaningful positive changes in their emotional wellbeing, stress levels, sleep quality, and sense of groundedness. If you have a medical concern, please consult a qualified medical professional. Crystal healing is here to support your journey, not replace essential medical care.

Citrine: The Crystal for Abundance, Success and Positive Energy

Citrine is one of the most energising and positive crystals in the mineral world. Its warm yellow-to-orange colour radiates the energy of sunlight, and it has been associated with abundance, success, and positive energy across healing traditions for centuries.

The merchant's stone

Citrine has been called the merchant's stone for hundreds of years. Shopkeepers in ancient times kept a piece of citrine in their cash boxes, believing it attracted wealth and sustained business success. This tradition continues in many parts of Asia and India today.

Akash, 33, from Amravati received a Success Bracelet from Shreem Crystals and within a few months started receiving better opportunities, gained confidence, and fulfilled his dream of starting his own gym. He believed it helped him stay focused and motivated. These are his individual experiences and results vary.

Which chakra does citrine work with?

Citrine is primarily associated with the Manipura or Solar Plexus chakra, the energy centre governing personal power, confidence, willpower, and the ability to take decisive action toward your goals.

Citrine does not create success from nothing. It creates the internal conditions — confidence, clarity, positive expectation — that make success more likely to emerge from your own actions.

Natural vs heat-treated citrine

Most citrine on the market is actually heat-treated amethyst. Natural citrine is pale yellow and relatively rare. At Shreem Crystals, Shreyes Om personally selects every stone for quality before it enters a personalised bracelet.

How to use citrine

  • Wear it on your right wrist to project confident energy outward
  • Keep a piece on your work desk or in your business space
  • Place it in your wallet in keeping with the merchant's stone tradition

Crystal Basics

How to Cleanse and Charge Your Crystals: A Complete Guide

One of the most common mistakes people make with crystals is not cleansing them regularly. Crystals interact with energy continuously — absorbing, storing, and transmitting it. Without regular cleansing, this stored energy becomes stagnant and the crystal's effectiveness diminishes.

Think of it like a sponge. A clean sponge absorbs effectively. A sponge full of old water does not.

How often to cleanse

Cleanse your crystals once a week during normal use. Cleanse them immediately when you first receive them, after any particularly intense emotional experience, and whenever they feel heavy or less effective.

Method 1: Running water

Hold your crystal under cool running water for 30 to 60 seconds. Do not use water on softer crystals like selenite, malachite, or fluorite as it can damage them.

Method 2: Full moon light

Place your crystals on a windowsill on a full moon night. Moonlight is one of the gentlest and most powerful cleansing methods available and is safe for all crystals.

The full moon is the most auspicious time for crystal work. Cleansing on a full moon night creates a powerful monthly rhythm for your practice.

Method 3: Selenite

A selenite plate or slab cleanses other crystals placed on it overnight. One of the most effortless methods available.

Method 4: Smoke

Pass your crystal through the smoke of sage, palo santo, or incense. Particularly effective for crystals that cannot be cleansed with water.

Crystals that should not get wet

  • Selenite and all gypsum-based crystals
  • Malachite
  • Fluorite
  • Pyrite
  • Calcite

Crystals for Deep Sleep and Insomnia: What Actually Works

Sleep problems have reached near-epidemic proportions in modern India. Between screen exposure, work stress, family pressure, and general anxiety, millions of people struggle to fall asleep or wake feeling genuinely rested.

Crystal healing for sleep is one of the most consistently reported areas of positive client experience at Shreem Crystals.

Why crystals may help with sleep

Most sleep problems are not physical. They are mental and emotional. An overactive mind, unprocessed anxiety, and an inability to shift from the doing mode of the day to the being mode of night are the primary causes of poor sleep for most people.

Amethyst: the primary sleep crystal

Amethyst is the most widely recommended crystal for sleep. Its connection to the third eye and crown chakras helps quiet the overthinking mind that keeps so many people awake.

Place amethyst on your bedside table or under your pillow. Its calming energy works throughout the night to support deeper, more restorative sleep.

Howlite

Howlite specifically calms an overactive mind and reduces tension. It is particularly effective for people whose sleep problems are driven by anxiety and racing thoughts.

Lepidolite

For sleep problems rooted in anxiety and emotional turbulence, lepidolite is particularly effective due to its naturally stabilising energy.

Practical sleep crystal protocol

  • Place amethyst on your bedside table
  • Hold howlite for five minutes while doing slow, deep breathing before sleep
  • Avoid citrine, carnelian, and red jasper in your bedroom as they are energising

Crystal support for sleep typically takes two to three weeks of consistent practice to show meaningful results.

Crystal Healing for Chronic Pain: What Clients Have Experienced

Chronic pain is one of the most difficult conditions to live with. It affects sleep, mood, relationships, and the ability to engage fully with life. Several Shreem Crystals clients dealing with chronic pain conditions have reported meaningful improvement.

Important disclaimer first

Crystal healing is a complementary wellness practice. It is not a medical treatment for pain conditions. If you have chronic pain, please work with qualified medical professionals. Crystal healing can be used alongside medical care, not instead of it.

What clients have reported

Sushila, 73, from Dighi had severe knee pain and arthritis to the point where walking became very difficult. After using the crystal bracelet regularly, she personally felt significant relief in her pain and movement. Shailesh, 52, from Yavatmal dealt with slipped disc pain for almost 2 years and reported noticeable relief after wearing the recommended bracelet. These are individual experiences and results vary.

Pain is often the body's loudest signal that something needs attention. Crystal healing creates conditions for the underlying imbalance to begin resolving.

Crystals traditionally associated with pain relief

Malachite is one of the most traditionally used crystals for physical pain. It is associated with drawing out pain on an energetic level.

Amber has been used across cultures for joint pain and inflammation for thousands of years.

Lapis Lazuli has a long history in Indian and Middle Eastern healing traditions for pain and inflammation.

The personalised approach

Pain conditions vary enormously in their nature and underlying cause. At Shreem Crystals, every protocol for pain support begins with a thorough chakra consultation before any crystal combination is recommended.

Ancient Wisdom

Lapis Lazuli: 5000 Years of Wisdom in a Single Stone

If there is one crystal that represents the meeting point of Shreyes Om's historical research and healing practice, it is lapis lazuli. It was lapis lazuli that first sparked his curiosity while researching ancient trade routes, and it remains one of the most significant crystals in Shreem Crystals protocols.

The most extraordinary trade in ancient history

Over 5,000 years ago, lapis lazuli was being mined in the mountains of what is now Afghanistan and transported across thousands of kilometres to the Indus Valley Civilisation and ancient Mesopotamia. This was one of the longest and most consistent trade routes in the ancient world — sustained not for food or weapons but for a single deep blue stone.

Lapis lazuli in ancient Egypt

The Egyptians used powdered lapis lazuli in their sacred eye makeup, believing it channelled divine wisdom. Lapis lazuli was found in the tomb of Tutankhamun and in the sacred regalia of pharaohs.

In ancient Egypt, lapis lazuli was more valuable than gold. They used it because they believed it was sacred.

Which chakra does it work with?

Lapis lazuli is primarily associated with the Ajna or Third Eye chakra and the Vishuddha or Throat chakra. It bridges these two energy centres, supporting both clarity of perception and the ability to communicate what is perceived with honesty and confidence.

What lapis lazuli supports

  • Mental clarity and the ability to see situations clearly
  • Honest, confident self-expression
  • Intuition and inner wisdom
  • Deep meditation and spiritual practice

Identifying genuine lapis lazuli

Genuine lapis lazuli is a deep royal blue with gold flecks of pyrite. Dyed howlite or sodalite is often sold as lapis lazuli in Indian markets. At Shreem Crystals, every lapis lazuli is personally verified by Shreyes Om before use.
